They are no more making coffee and copies for executives! With the Hotzonne Internship to Employment program, you are the executives. We believe that energy, passion, and hard work are the critical ingredients for success and offer the experience to close the circle. In addition, our interns have priority for all paid positions in which they have served.

WHAT IS THE HOTZONNE ITE PROGRAM?

A program allows interns to work as executives, mid-level managers, and inside their field. Interns make Actual decisions with minimal supervision and a chance to keep their position in a paid status. We designed this program for you!

WHO IS ITE DESIGNED FOR & WHY?

We designed ITE for motivated students and others who want to learn and grow in a live environment. The program's purpose is to provide real-world experience with an opportunity for advancement to employment for those who reach for the stars.

HOW DOES ITE WORK?

We are looking to fill multiple positions in every field. Internship leaders and managers are selected based on their experience and performance. All interns who complete the program successfully will have priority for paid employment in their field.

ITE STOCK OPTIONS

The internship to employment program offers many benifits. The benifit that is most offered is the free stock options for Interns who are hired on as empltyees. Thats right, each emplyee who was a part of the initial IET recruitment is authorized a one time gift of 1000 share.
