L.D.E. Payne

Founder/President

Founder and President of Hotzonne, LLC. A New York native, Mr. Payne served over 29 years in the United States Army. During his robust military career, Mr. Payne has held nearly every leadership position that an enlisted member could hold. Team leader, Squad Leader, Instructor, Drill Sergeant, Senior Drill Sergeant, operations NCO, Platoon Sergeant, and First Sergeant, to name a few. Mr. Payne has also held a wide variety of civilian leadership positions, including Staff Operations and Training Officer, Battalion, and Brigade Supervisory Staff Administrator.

His leadership, guidance, and creativity led to the successful creation and continued operation of Hotzonne, LLC.
